Shipping policy

At ioli, we believe in slow beauty — products made with care, shipped with intention.

All orders ship on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before your shipping window begins. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We look forward to expanding internationally soon — join our email list to be the first to know.

ioli is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, we’ll always do our best to help.

Delays or Missing Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@iolihair.com and we’ll gladly assist in locating your shipment or filing a claim when eligible.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your building manager
• Looking for a delivery notice
• Allowing 24 hours in case the carrier scans early
