Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition you received it

Proof of purchase is required.

Because ioli is produced in small batches with intentional, fresh ingredients, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email hello@iolihair.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

In these cases, ioli will cover replacement or return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Discounted or promotional items
• Gift cards

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
